The air inside Chiang Dao Cave is generally cool, but can be extremely humid during certain seasons.
The cave complex comprises five interconnected caves that extend over 10 km into Chiang Dao Mountain. Two of these caves are easily explored, thanks to electric lighting. While half the caves are lit, it’s wise to carry a flashlight in case of a power failure.
