> Low Season (May – October 2026)

Cancellation 3 days before the day tour 100% would be refunded.

Cancellation less than 3 days before the day tour / on the day tour / no show is NON – REFUNDABLE.

> High Season (November 2025 – April 2026)

Cancellation 7 days before the day tour 100% would be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the day tour / on the day tour / no show is NON – REFUNDABLE.

> Peak Season (Festival & New Year period)

Cancellation 15 days before the day tour 100% would be refunded.

Cancellation less than 15 days before the day tour / on the day tour / no show is NON – REFUNDABLE.
