Online Booking
- Fill your information in the booking form and press submit. Within 24 hours we will email back confirmation of availability and total price as well as a link to our secure encrypted online payment page.
- Follow the instructions to pay using your credit card. For Join In trips will request the full amount for Private trips we will request a deposit amount at least 30% of your overall cost.
- On payment you will be emailed confirmation. Actual booking vouchers will be e mailed within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please print a copy of this confirmation mail as this will be needed on commencement of your tour. If you have a balance amount to pay this can be made on your arrival in Chiang Mai or on the morning of your trip departure.
- Please note. We need to know the hotel or guest house you are staying in at the latest 5pm the day before your tour or trek is due to depart. You do not need to tell us at the time of booking but please let us know by e mail or telephone at the earliest opportunity. If you have any queries or need any more information before you book please do not hesitate to contact us.
- If there is any risk of unforeseen events such as natural disasters and government orders, which may be the cause of the failure, DSF reserves the right NOT to refund all cases.
