Cancellation & No Show Policy for private tour (Low season 1 May – 31 Oct): 

– Cancellation notice should be notified  at least 20 days before prior to the arrival date, the full payment would be refunded.

– Failure to comply with later than 20 days will be charged with Late Cancellation 50% from the total of deposit amount.

– Failure to comply with later than 15 days will be charged with Full Amount for Late Cancellation.

– Failure to comply with Full Amount will be charged for No Show.

Cancellation & No Show Policy for private tour (High-Peak season 1 Nov – 30 Apr):

– Cancellation notice should be notified at least 30 days before prior to the arrival date, the full payment would be refunded.

– Failure to comply with later than 30 days will be charged with Late Cancellation 50% from the total of deposit amount.

– Failure to comply with later than 20 days will be charged with Full Amount for Late Cancellation.

– Failure to comply with Full Amount will be charged for No Show.
